Shipping Information

We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48®.

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after all items are added to the cart.

• Tracking information will be sent directly from Royal Mail to your provided email.

Delivery Times:
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48® (this timeframe is set by Royal Mail, not K&J Crafts).

We currently only ship to UK addresses, including Northern Ireland.

Click & Collect Information

• Orders take 1 day to process (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

• If collecting from Abergavenny, stock is transferred from our Cwmbran store, which may add an extra day.

• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

• Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

• Collections are available Monday to Saturday during store opening hours.

Returns Policy

If there is an issue with your order, please return within 7 working days of receiving your items.

To initiate a return, email us at info@caricrafts.co.uk with your name, address, and order reference. We will provide a returns number, which is required for a refund.

Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items that are opened or used are not eligible for a refund.

We cannot refund postage costs unless the error was on our part.
