Ordering

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and GPay.

  • If something’s out of stock, it may still be available in store. Get in touch via our Contact Us page and we’ll check availability or let you know if its due back and when.

Shipping

  • We Currently only ship within the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

  • All of our Shipments are with Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • Yes, when your order has been processed you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received it Contact us and we’ll be happy to re email it to you.

Returns

  • Yes, We’re happy to offer Refund a if you change your mind. Items must be returned in new and unused condition, and we do not cover the return postage. Please note we cannot refund the original delivery charge.

    Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds on personalised items such as fabric, ribbon or anything cut to a specific length. for full details, please see our Returns page.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of us recieving your returened item(s) back into store.

    Please note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may differ depending on your bank
